Good day to all. We rested in Sharm el-Sheikh from 8.12 to 15.12 at the Club Reef hotel, 4* but superb, the hotel is just wonderful for a family holiday. Compact, green, beautiful. There are no complaints about the hotel and the staff, only positive emotions. All this beauty is spoiled by a representative of JoinUp, a guide named Mustafa, he is just a nonsense person who blatantly lies in his face. Yes, we fell for his lies. When it became clear that we had been deceived, I approached Mustafa with a claim, to which he smilingly replied that this is his job and this is how he earns money. As I understand, we are not the first, before us there were those who were deceived in the same way, BUT, Mustafa continues to work at JoinUp, the company doesn’t care how their employees behave. We won't go anywhere near JoinUp again.

The trip to Egypt took place on the 20th of November, we were in Sharm el-Sheikh.
The best impressions. Everything was organized at the highest level. Strictly as stated.
We rested at the Barcelo Tiran Sharm 5* hotel.
The hotel corresponds to its status. Almost all the staff speak Russian, are pleasant to talk to, polite and smiling.
The concept of "all inclusive" absolutely justifies itself. The food and drink was “through the roof.” There are 3 (three) bars right on the beach, open from 11.00 until sunset with a full range of drinks for every taste.
There is also a bar at the reception, open until 00.00.
All day long, on the beach, girls worked as animators, entertaining vacationers (dancing, exercises, yoga, volleyball, darts, golf and a bunch of other things).
Every evening, in the amphitheater, all sorts of entertainment was held (karaoke, Brazilian dances, performances, etc.). There was also a bar with all sorts of drinks.
Our return flight was at 4.50 am. So they gave us a packed lunch for the trip, everyone, because... we skipped breakfast.
The room was cleaned every day. Everything used was changed daily for fresh and used items were added (shampoos, soaps, balms, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.)
The proposed excursions corresponded to those stated and were completed in full.

Irresponsible and unscrupulous tour operator. Apart from money, he is not interested in anything else. They sold well. Unable to solve basic problems of tourists! 12/03/19 returned from China, departure from Haikou, using Join Up and their Sky Up airline - the whole vacation was ruined and crossed out, the luggage, as it turned out, did not fly out with us after successful check-in in Haikou. Of course, everyone in the company knew about this, but they were silent...prepared pieces of paper, acts of non-arrival of luggage, were waiting for everyone in Boryspil upon arrival...it’s sad that many goods and things in luggage were spoiled, but the children who were waiting for the baggage did not receive anything. Sky up responded to our letter, covering everything with nonsense clippings with instructions, etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE..

We are very disappointed with the services of this travel agency! changed the flight and the airline, which we refused in Kiev and specifically chose another one. Hi all!
We flew on vacation to Kyiv - China (Hainan) - Kyiv with the tour operator Join Up airlines SkyUp. Direct flight without transfer, with refueling in Almaty (30 minutes). The arrival was in Sanya, the return flight was in Haikou. On the return flight from Haikou, even the luggage compartments of hand luggage were partially occupied by some boxes, and the passengers had nowhere to put their things. Upon arrival in Kyiv, it turned out that the luggage of half the plane was not sent, as we were told, due to increased refueling of the plane , so that we could fly..(WTF?!) We stood in Almaty for more than an hour. In short, the luggage compartment of the plane was filled with Chinese goods, leftist, so to speak. We will be able to receive our things no earlier than in a week (but this is not certain). And considering that there were fruits in the luggage, which during this time would rot along with all the things, it was no longer really necessary to receive such a suitcase. Some people arrived in shorts and wanted to change clothes in Kyiv; winter clothes and a bunch of personal belongings, including house keys, remained in their suitcases.
I highly recommend not using these airlines and tour operators. If you decide, then DO NOT take a flight from Haikou under ANY circumstances. They often treat passengers this way, you will be left without your things!

Good morning to all! I’m writing this video so that no one else can! No one!!!no longer benefiting from the services of this company! We were in Sharmi, at the Sultan Garden Hotel, and arrived yesterday. The hotel is wonderful, we were waiting impatiently for the repairs! Alas, such wonderful emotions have come again! Move the hour to 15 years earlier!!! I understand - charter, well, two years, well, five - you can still understand, but fifteen!!!
We were supposed to fly at 20.55, but were moved to 6.00. Picked up from the hotel at 3.00!!! They stole a day from us!!! If you plan to make repairs and pay a lot of money for something new, then you will pay for it! I can't take it away! Moreover, upon arrival at the Boryspil airport, after a year of checking our luggage, we find out that our luggage has not arrived and will never be seen!
Completing the declaration and submitting it took almost five years!
Love - a whole summer, it takes two days to complete the documents! People with children have to travel home all over Ukraine!!!
It turns out that the Bukovinian Airlines flights are “obvious” to us, having given us a kind join-up, and not to take luggage! i, and as a result - - who's lucky!
How can you reach people like that??? Who compensates us for our expenses??? Who is the answer for the repairs??

I have flown with this tour operator twice already, so I will immediately describe two trips, last November I was in Hurghada, and yesterday we arrived from Cyprus, everything went just wonderful, the plane was not late the first or second time, we arrived in Egypt in 5 in the morning, so we were at the hotels at seven, and in order not to wait until 14:00 (since they have check-in from that time), we paid 10 dollars for the room, whoever didn’t want to sit on their suitcases until 14:00, in Larnaca we arrived at about 11:00, were in Ai Napa almost at two, so immediately upon arrival we were checked in (they also have check-in at 14:00, if you don’t look and don’t find fault with small flaws, then the hotels are not bad, the towels are clean, they cleaned them every day , buffet food, there was a lot of food, a lot of vegetables, in Ai Napa there were two fish days, they served mussels and shrimp, there was fish every day, the food was a little under-salted, there was a lot of ice cream (the children took as much as they wanted) the attitude of the staff is good, everyone is smiling , hotel guides were there almost every day. I was traveling with two children; in Egypt there were many slides at the hotels, and there was something for them to do. In general, I am 100% “satisfied” with my vacation.

When a new horse enters an unfamiliar herd, at first it keeps its distance. When she tries to get closer, they start driving her away. Likewise, if a horse behaves badly or shows disrespect, the main mare will drive it away and will not allow it to approach until the offender changes his behavior. Those. the horse must show with all its appearance its respect and readiness to obey the demands of the leader. It is on this principle that it is based join-up. Busya, who was walking there, squeezed into a corner, his face read: “What a big HORSE!” And Kubik (a gelding, by the way), with his tail raised, began to run around in circles. Katya, the coach, came running to our screams. We quickly took Busya out of the levada and began to catch Kub. And Cuba had fun! With goat farts, candles and other jumps, he began to run away from us. Then Katya decided that it was necessary to arrange a join-up for Kubik, so that from now on he would respect his elders.

With a whip in my hand, I stood in the center of the levada. Katya and Dasha remained on the outside. Kubik stopped in the corner and began to sniff the manure. “Slowly approach him, go not directly towards him, but tangentially, don’t look at him, lower your eyes,” Katya ordered me. I did so. However, as soon as I approached the Cube a few meters, he ran away. “Get him galloping!” - Katya shouted. With a flick of the whip in the air, I sent Cube flying. At first he did not show any signs of submission: his neck was raised up, his gaze was directed away from us. But here’s the change: he lowers his head and chews. I throw the whip, turn away from him. Exhausted, I go to Dasha, standing behind the fence. And then Dashka says: “Look, he’s coming for you!!!” Oh Heaven! The cube walked towards me, head down, looking at me with a meek gaze. He came up to me and stopped half a meter away. I slowly extended my hand to him, he came closer, I stroked him between the eyes. He didn't move. Join-up took place!!! It's time to move on to the next stage: follow-up. I made a “nose” with my hand and slowly walked away from it. He followed me. And then a miracle happened: he just followed me. He was wearing nothing - neither a halter nor a cordeo. I began to zigzag, he exactly repeated the trajectory of my movement. I went to the fence, took off the halter and brought it to the Cube. He obediently stuck his head there.

These five days changed Cuba beyond recognition. Softness appeared in his eyes, he became very affectionate. The quality of training has also changed: now the Cube began to fulfill all my requirements. And if he didn’t do it, it was not from reluctance, but from misunderstanding. Of course, from time to time I had to reconnect my horse. But now it was much faster: 15 minutes, then 10, then 5. Now I can work with the Cube in freedom. True, I don’t dare to do it in an unfenced space yet, but I think we will be able to do this over time.

Then at the stables, in “Harmony”, I witnessed several more join-ups with different horses, including those that were considered “difficult”. Everywhere, 20-30 minutes were enough for the horse to recognize the human leadership. Cub was the only horse to submit after only five days.

If you just want to gallop, you shouldn't put that desire above the needs of your partnership. If your horse doesn't trust you or your bond with him needs to be strengthened, you should do your best to bring that need to the forefront and let your desires to gallop or jump wait. This means you'll need to practice the basics on the ground before you get into the saddle.

With the Join Up method you can “join” your horse and he will follow you, but if you betray his trust in the saddle or in your hands, it will be very difficult for the horse to regain it.

You will need a lot of time and patience. If you are going to do Join Up or learn something else skill, you need to make sure that you set aside enough time for it so that you will be able to complete it on a positive note. You can't just stop the session because you don't have time for the horse anymore.If you know you only have 30 minutes, it's better to do something that doesn't have a time limit and can be completed at any time - that way you won't risk ending your game early. But first, you need to make sure that you have enough time - at least an hour.

"Join Up" is the process by which the horse will want to "catch" you, eliminating the need for you to catch him yourself. If the horse wants to spend time with you, you will be in a much better position than if you had to chase him and catch him in the left. Remember that we want a partnership, and this means that our horse also makes some decisions - we give him a choice, and he makes it in our favor.

We give our horse the choice to be with us or not. We can influence him by making her feel comfortable being around us and not comfortable without us. This will help the horse choose what we want (to be with us).

We do this using "Join Up".

To play you will need a fenced plot of land with a diameter of about 18 meters. The space should not be too small so that the horse does not feel trapped and wants to jump over the fence, but not too large so that he does not wander too far from you. You can even build a small levada inside a playpen or levada using obstacles, lining them up in a circle or square and raising them to a sufficient height.

To start playing Join Up you need to bring your horse into your pen. If she's easy to catch, you just catch her and bring her there. If the horse is not caught or cannot be led on the chombur, you can try different options:

1. Provide the usual feed in this pen to all horses. When the horses have finished lunch, let them all out and leave the one you need.

2. Try, if possible, to bring into this pen a horse that is friends with the one you are interested in (or maybe even the entire herd, if it is not large). Your horse will most likely follow him/them and then you can let the rest of the horses out and leave him inside.

3. Build a passage/corridor that leads into a small pen and when the horse goes in to explore the new item, create pressure to encourage him to go forward and go inside the pen. Be careful, don’t chase the horse, don’t frighten it, don’t show aggression, try to act so that it goes forward on its own, just guide it. Don't rush the horse.

Once your horse finally gets into the small pen/round barrel follow these simple steps:

1. Follow the horse. Follow her tracks behind her - try not to get into the hoof zone (stay 1.5-3 m behind). Do not walk away from the horse; your goal is to follow it closely, looking at its tail. The horse won't like being chased and this will make him look at you.

2. Reward for looking (with two eyes). As soon as the horse looks at you with both eyes (the horse turns its muzzle towards you or turns completely), move away from it a few steps. This rewards the horse for looking at you - you removed the pressure and stopped following him, stepping back. After you've taken a couple steps back, stop and turn away from the horse (with your belly button pointing away, not at him). Your belly button puts a lot of pressure on the horse when you turn and it's pointing the other way, this helps take away that feeling that prey gets when a predator is looking at it (not a good feeling if you're a horse!). This will make you more attractive to the horse.

3. Monitor your horse and respond accordingly. Watch your horse. If your horse looks away from you, starts eating grass, etc., then start following him again. If the horse starts walking towards you, take a couple of steps back. Timeliness is what matters! As soon as the horse looks at you with both eyes, you need to stop chasing, step back and turn your belly button away from the horse. This way the horse will understand that he received a reward and comfort for looking at you. If the horse has looked away, turned its muzzle and is no longer looking at you, immediately begin to follow it with pressure. Try to be on time, if precious seconds pass and the horse manages to pick up a couple of blades of grass from the ground, he will consider that you are rewarding him for ignoring you. You may have to start stomping on the ground or twirling the end of the chomp to get your horse's attention/stop eating the grass.

The idea is to encourage the horse to move forward (preferably at a trot or canter, but don't try to chase him to get him to go faster), which is hard work, but when the horse begins to look at you with both eyes, he is able to stand and don't work.

You do NOT force or bribe a horse to choose the "be with you" option - the horse can choose the "not be with you" option and will run ahead all day. But when she looks at you, she gets a reward and can stand. This helps us encourage the horse to make the choice we want.

"Join Up" becomes a dance - your horse looks at you, you step back, the horse looks to the side, you start to walk forward behind him, the horse looks at you, you step back again... it goes on and on for several minutes and, sometimes, up to an hour. In the end, the horse will decide that it is easier for him to be with you than not.

When your horse approaches you, DO NOT approach or touch him. Let the horse come closer to you (you can even take a few more steps back to reward him even more. Then:

1. Invite the horse to touch your hand (just raise it towards the horse, but do not try to touch).

2. If the horse touches your hand, move your hand back - do not touch the horse, do not scratch it on the face. Remember that the right thing, from the horse's point of view, is to be comfortable... and you are "rewarding" the horse for coming to you by trying to scratch his sensitive muzzle. Take your hand away and just stand still - this is the best reward. If the horse does not touch your hand, try stepping back again and waiting for the horse to approach again. Patience. She will eventually try to touch you, then immediately remove your hand.

* When you extend your hand to your horse, keep it fairly low and palm down. If your hand is raised too high and your palm is open upward, the horse may think you want to hit or grab him.

After the horse has stood next to you for a while, you can scratch him in his favorite place, probably at the withers or along the crest (near the mane). If the horse can stand next to you for a minute or so and doesn't move away, then try putting a halter and harness on him and continue working in your hands.

If the horse is particularly difficult to catch, you can simply scratch him and then walk away and leave him in the pen alone for a while. Wait a few minutes and then repeat the steps. If the horse is still difficult to catch, then try playing "Join Up" with him, and then, once the horse comes and stands with you, put a halter and harness on him and walk around the pen a little, graze him, and then release him again .

If the horse knows that choosing you is pleasant and comfortable, he will look forward to your appearance.

As your confidence builds and your vocabulary improves, you will be able to expect more from your horse and challenge him more, but in the beginning everything should be short-lived, positive and rewarding.

Once the horse learns to play Join Up in a small pen, try playing in a large levada. But be careful not to scare the horse and make it run away!

Remember, the right thing is the one that brings comfort, and the wrong thing is the one that is uncomfortable. Be patient and persistent!

Sometimes it is difficult to know when to take steps back, and when to start following the horse; at first, it may be logical to ask an experienced horseman for help!
