Cozy and inexpensive holiday azure. The village of Lazurnoe is a place where peace and quiet reign. Holidays in Lazurne: beaches

The quiet resort village of Lazurnoye is hidden in the suburbs of Alushta, on the shores of the Black Sea. A holiday in Lazurny will be ideal for couples in love looking for privacy, as well as for lovers of peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. The resort has several hotels, boarding houses and guest houses. There are shops, retail shops, cafes. The place is amazing with its natural attractions: Mount Kastel and the alpine lake of the same name, where you can take an excursion if you wish. The Lazurny beach is pebbly, wide and long. Even at the peak of the beach season, it is easy to find a free place on the beach. You can unwind your leisure time by snorkeling, spearfishing, fishing, or taking a boat ride across the sea. A tour desk is open in the village with a rich variety of tours to the sights of the Crimean Peninsula. After thoroughly enjoying a relaxing beach holiday, you can head to lively Alushta, which is literally ten minutes away. Mountain slopes protect the resort from cold winds, and the sea breeze significantly reduces the sweltering heat. The beach season in Lazurny opens in May and lasts until the end of September.

Reviews of holidays in Lazurny in 2018–2019

August. As a couple

Russia, Lazurnoe

My husband and I enjoy a wild, romantic vacation. That is why they chose the village of Lazurnoe, which is located near Alushta. You can get to it either by your own car or by direct bus from Alushta, which run quite frequently. The village itself is small. There are few shops here. There are several stalls where you can buy fruits, fish, drinks, and pies. There is no entertainment at all, but we prefer a secluded holiday. Camping is the most common activity here. Many tourists pitch tents near the beach and even come with very young children. The beach is pebbly, in some places the pebbles are large, it is better to wear rubber slippers to avoid injuring your feet. There are many piers where avid fishermen are located every now and then. There are no toilets or changing cabins on the beach. If you are not picky and like a “savage” holiday, like us, then you will definitely like it in Lazurny.

Vladimir

July. By oneself

Russia, Lazurnoe

I am one of those people who, when going on a beach holiday, spend most of their time at the sea, and not at discos. That is why last July I had the opportunity to visit the village of Lazurnoe, which was recommended to me by a friend. It is best to come here by your own car. In the absence of one, I got to Alushta, and then took a minibus to the village itself. Please note that the terrain here is mountainous, so the path to the beach will be difficult for unprepared tourists. You don’t have to book accommodation in advance, but rent a room upon arrival in any guest house. There are no shops here, so it is better to take food supplies with you. You won’t go hungry; a couple of stalls offer water, beer, ice cream, and bread. The beach is more like a wild one. There weren't many vacationers in the middle of summer. I rented a boat from a local resident, fished in the open sea, caught a couple of small fish and in the evening enjoyed excellent fish soup. I was pleased with my vacation.

This summer I didn’t set my mind on where to go to the seaside in Ukraine with a child. Everything turned out spontaneously, a vacation was organized in Lazurny, the prices were tempting and I took a risk.

Why did you take the risk?

Lazurnoye is a resort town that is just developing... and this comes with both pros and cons.

The big plus is that the resort has not yet figured out how to “make money out of thin air.” So prices, although they are creeping up, are at a slow pace, and a vacation in Lazurny will cost you less than in Zatoka or Zhelezny Port.

Although, it’s not for nothing that we’ve been making jokes for the second year now:

Those who do not have enough money for Odessa are vacationing in Turkey.

So, get your wallets ready.

Well, the downside...the infrastructure is not at the embryonic stage, but has not yet been born. There is a lot that catches your eye that will make you " an inveterate vacationer on the Black Sea"Twist your nose and call Lazurnoe" falling short"to other resorts on the Black Sea coast. But, believe me, not everything is so bad

So let's get started:

WHERE IS LAZURNE IN KHERSON REGION?

Oddly enough...in the Kherson region))

Lazurnoe is an urban-type settlement in the Skadovsky district of the Kherson region of Ukraine. It is a resort village. The population according to the 2001 census was 3,277.

Between Zhelezny Port and Skadovsk. More precisely, between Oyster Lake and Dzharylgatsky Bay.

As you can see from the description, the village is not big at all - a little more than 3 thousand people. As a resort town, Lazurnoye is just developing, so your vacation will be “quiet and measured.” Almost.

This is an ideal option for families who want to relax on the Black Sea with small children.

But because of its quietness, Lazurnoe is not popular among vacationers ( The travel agency told me that Lazurnoe is a “transit”. Everyone goes either to Skadovsk or to the Zhelezny port. But in vain)

Two weeks before the trip, I myself didn’t think that I would get there at all...

**photo of the card in a collage next to my photo

The nature in Lazurny is due to the southern location of the town - the trees are more squat and stunted. Exceptions are strips along irrigation canals where large trees grow. The fir trees are beautiful, fluffy right from the base, almost from the roots, and not like ours - large spruce trees and bare below. Let's not forget that there is a steppe there, Askania Nova is nearby, etc.....

Lots of melons ( mostly watermelons, less melons), tomatoes, soybeans. Often there were vineyards along the way.

Watermelons grow right on the territory of boarding houses:

HOW AND WHAT TO GET TO LAZURNE?

Since the prospect of a vacation in Lazurny appeared on the horizon spontaneously and I did not choose a vacation spot, I only had to find how to get there.

That is, find how to get to Lazurnoye in the Kherson region. And preferably closer to the destination - since without “strong male hands” the prospect of dragging huge bags and two small children even to a taxi was not very tempting.

But the transfer was found only to the bus station, which is located 2 blocks from the sea coast and relatively not far from the place of future vacation.

How did you find how to get to Lazurny? Google to the rescue

  • "Directions Vinnitsa Lazurnoe"

For example. And the search engine gives possible options. I was immediately taken “from my city” to the pages of several travel companies that organize holidays in Ukraine and abroad. In addition to transporting tourists who book a tour ( travel, accommodation, food), they also provide travel services only to everyone. Therefore, you can safely contact private travel agencies if you decide to go to the resort towns of Kherson on your own.

But most often they only deliver to the bus station ( loudly said - it's just a crossroads at the end of the market), and from there they pick up tourists and take them back to their hometown.

ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION TO THE SEA:

I will divide it conditionally, since there are also vagrant birds in each line))

1st line to the sea - boarding houses like "Mayak" or "Korabel". We stayed in one of them. The advantage is access to the sea, sometimes even with a piece of “own” beach, but this is rather an exception - everyone relaxes on the beach wherever they want.

2nd line - private “estates”, like “Venice” or “Galychyna”.

3rd private housing for rent.

Lazurnoye is a small town, so even if you stay with private owners and have no personal transport, it’s not that far to go to the sea. Provided that you choose part of the village TO THE CENTER ( to the village council). And even better - to the street ( conditionally - no name), which runs parallel between Metalurgov Street and Naberezhnaya Street.

I don’t recommend renting housing above this line, since the sea is already far away, and in that part there are mostly only “locals”...why do I say this with such confidence? I went to the Privatbank branch and to the New Post Office, a decent piece of road, and the vacationers there were immediately visible from the crowd - 1 per 20 people.

An option for those who like to be “closer to nature” is camping with tents or staying in a caravan right on the coastline. For this purpose, there is a site behind the Neftyanik base ( paid):

The approaches to the sea are made in the form of alleys lined with concrete slabs:

PURITY OF THE SEA. PEBBLES OR SAND?

In short, one of the most pleasant sandy beaches I have ever visited in Ukraine:

Beautiful, azure.

The coast is light sand with many shells.

In the first days the sea was very clean, then the weather deteriorated and along with the waves it began to bring algae. But even so, the sea was much cleaner than in the same Sudak in the calm ( here I'm talking about algae). It’s worth considering that we went in the second half of August, so it’s better to go to Lazurnoe early.

The clear sea and sand create a very beautiful view, it’s not for nothing that the Village was called Azure.

And this is what the sea looks like after a storm:

The eternal question: are there jellyfish in Lazurny?

Alas, yes...

But this is not a “jelly” of white small jellyfish that you can’t swim between.

These are more blue individuals, rare - 1 by 1-2 meters. You can swim around calmly.

In the photo there is a small specimen, but they were the size of a child’s head.

ROADS IN THE CITY:

I took sandals with me... and, I admit, I never took them out of the closet because of these roads:

Dust quickly settles on your feet and you want to wash it off more often ( Thai slates are excellent for these purposes)

By the way, in the photo there is a road leading directly from the bus station to the sea ( and our boarding house, where we rested). On the map this is a full-fledged road, but in reality it is a dirt road, which not a single car wants to drive on and everyone tries to get around it, making a big detour near Korabel.

When it rains, it gets washed away and everything turns into a muddy mess.

PAID BEACHES:

Every day I saw only on paid pool- located on the back side of the Shambala hookah bar. Photos of the pool itself flew off my phone somewhere.

But it’s interesting there with a group of people. The place is not for a family holiday.

But I didn’t notice any paid beaches.

However, you need to pay extra for a sun lounger and an umbrella.

WHAT IS DELICIOUS TO BUY AT THE BEACH?

You know, there are those guys and aunties who walk along the beach and shout “Paaaahlavaaa honey”, “Kreveeeetkiiii”, etc.?

So... SO MANY I have never seen such sellers in any resort town! Honestly...in the first days - just every 5 MINUTES someone walked overhead and screamed. They were already distinguished by their voices

My youngest daughter has gotten into the habit of falling asleep on the beach ( We’ll come, let’s unwind, and before we can get to the water, she’s already pulling out a towel, covering herself and going to bed)))), ..so I don’t know how she slept to this constant scream))

Each seller has personalized plastic trays - signed with a marker.

Mostly worn churchkhela (the most delicious than anywhere else Juicy, not rubbery, a large amount of dried apricots, nuts, etc. - we bought from two young guys with common Slavic names; names cannot be mentioned in the review))), baklava (I wouldn’t recommend taking it, it wasn’t very tasty, there wasn’t enough honey, there were no options with nuts), shrimp and fish (It’s cheaper to buy it in fish stores on the market; many people bought it there and took it with them to the beach. And the cheapest thing is that two grandmothers near the supermarket have the same product), kebabs with mussels and rapan (delicious marinade), fried pies (they praised the man for wearing big and hot ones...there was also a woman, but few people took from her. I admit, I haven’t tried it myself) etc.

Everything costs approximately 30 UAH. (75 rub.)

There are many operating beach bars on the beach with a minimum of products ( cold water, beer with snacks,ice cream). Everything is really COLD, Prices are approximately the same: 1.5 Obolon water - 18 UAH. (40 rub.), ice cream "White Byaroza" - 14 UAH. (30 rub.), etc. The best choice and everything is fresh in the bar near Korabel.

BANKS AND ATMs:

I noticed only two ATMs ( one of them is at the only Privatbank branch in the center of the town).

The queue is 20 people long. 2-3 people under an ATM is generally rare.

And to the next ATM you need to go all the way to the city center. By the way, if the city closer to the beach is not landscaped, the center is very clean and well-groomed.

PHARMACIES:

Things are not bad with pharmacies, most of them are in the market area, there are even 24-hour ones ( for example, behind the Glass - near Super Sama).

In terms of prices - here a bag of Smecta costs 8 UAH, in the same place - 14 UAH, almost 2 times more expensive. But there are no interruptions in basic medicines ( we took a first aid kit with us, but the smecta ran out) - in the pharmacy near the station there were whole boxes of Nifuroxazide, panthenol in foam, etc. right on the counter.

And in the pharmacy at the bazaar you can find a lot of sunscreens.

ENTERTAINMENT:

There are many slides on the beach to go into the water. My son didn’t want even the smallest one, alas...

But he ran to the playroom himself. At first I was outraged" on the beach and in the "children's center"?", and then I thought that he was running around protected from the sun, breathing the same sea air and in my sight, but not dying of melancholy. So I found myself a company there for 30 UAH / 30 minutes, or 60 UAH (150 rubles. ) for the whole day.

There are animators ( pirate and Pippi Longstocking) at extra charge.

There is a disco "Orange" on the beach, almost 24 hours a day... the only problem for those who stay with children on the first line by the sea.

Bananas, catamarans, water parachute ( when you are lifted into the sky) - everything is there, but somewhere until August 24 maximum.

People walk along the beach offering photos - at sunset (professional photographer), etc. All kinds of “barges” with props are floating - either an island with a pirate, or a mermaid’s abode, etc.

The only thing that aroused my son’s interest was the huge camel... so we took a photo of it. Weeping, because before climbing on the camel, we had to wash our hands... and in the water I saw a jellyfish, which I am very afraid of.

To python ( he was also carried along the beach) the son didn’t even come up.

“Akuna and Matata” were still walking along the beach, two Afro-Ukrainians who offered to take interesting photos... while I was weighing whether the child would be scared or not, they themselves, by their attitude towards the girls on the neighboring sunbeds, completely discouraged the desire to take photos with them ( I won’t describe the situation, but about a dozen more people got involved in the altercation, it was quite a scandal).

All kinds of excursions are offered on the beach ( Sivash, Skadovsk, Dzharylgach, etc.), we only went to one place, which I will tell you about in the next review.

By the way, if you need a taxi, then think about it in advance - I collected a lot of business cards and took photos of signs on poles advertising transportation services. And 90% of these numbers were either outside the zone, or the men had already “closed the season” and were not carrying passengers. There is no centralized taxi service.

WHERE IS IT CHEAPER TO BUY PRODUCTS?

Don’t rush to buy “edible” souvenirs for home, but check with the carrier whether they will stop not far from Kherson to buy vegetables, fruits, wine, etc.

It turned out that we had planned for this on the trip...and prices in Yatki are much lower than in Lazurny itself.

Blue flattened onion in Lazurny - 35 UAH. ( prices as of 08.2017), in Yatki - 20 UAH. if you take it with a net. Melon in Lazurnoe in recent days jumped to 12 UAH, in yatki it was 6 UAH.

I bought the wine not expensive at all, I thought it would only be used to marinate meat... but everything turned out to be not so sad

By the way, I haven’t seen Pepsi in any store....

By the way, very unusual melons are sold there. They are rarely brought to us.

As for clothing, prices are much higher than in their “hometowns,” for example, for warm clothes.

Swimsuits, panama hats, etc. can be bought at a reasonable price. But the sellers are trying to sell the defect....(((I ended up with a visor, fortunately, the money is not big and the defect is eliminated in 2 minutes.

WHERE CAN YOU EAT TASTY AND SAFELY?

We ate in the room ( kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and kettle), but in the evening we tried to take a walk and try the local cuisine. Sometimes during the day - on those days when the weather was not pleasant, or vice versa - during a hot lunchtime, when it is not safe to be on the beach.

I will only dwell on a few establishments that I remember ( something good or, on the contrary, something bad). We weren’t in only one establishment, which I will list below, due to the fact that every time it was full when we were in the mood for lunch)))

1. glass

Location - near the Super Sam supermarket and Privatbank ATM. We didn’t get there, but this place is highly recommended as “quick and in the center.” There are always a lot of people, all the tables are occupied.

2. Panorama cafe

Location - terrace on the beach on the street. Resort ( near the recreation center "Côte d'Azur"). It follows from this - a beautiful view of the sea ( True, we sat there “in bad weather”).

Decent latte ( 25 UAH), delicious milkshakes, regular vanilla without additives (50 UAH = 120 rubles, in our city the price tag for a cocktail in such establishments is much lower, but here it’s a resort, as expected... but it’s delicious). Very nice place.

3. Uzbek cuisine "Chaikhana"

Without leaving the Orange club, on the embankment, near the Home Kitchen. A place to which I was ready to return again and again. An inconspicuous teahouse with wooden tables knocked down, with an oilcloth thrown over the top. Many people will reject it, they say, “the waiter doesn’t say his name when he approaches the table”)))) I’m kidding, of course...there are no waiters here, but the food is very tasty. I haven’t come across a more delicious samsa in the city. The choice is not large: samsa, shurpa, roast, pilaf, shish kebab and flatbreads, but they know their stuff! The guys were friendly and didn’t ignore a single request. One minus - from August 20th they begin to slowly wind down, they stop making kebabs, then they close the cauldrons, and at the end of the month they close everything.

4. Restaurant "Italian Courtyard"

If you rise from Panorama up Kurortnaya Street, you find yourself in the Italian Courtyard. You won’t pass by...although, it would be better if I walked by. The place seems interesting until you sit down at the table and start looking around. The restaurant is located in the courtyard of the estate - the windows of the guests' rooms look directly onto the tables. This didn’t bother me, but somehow... it was inconvenient for the residents. Not only do they see us, but we also see them... underwear, swimsuits, personal items, etc. ( clothes dryers are not far from the tables). Right behind us, the maid was ironing the bed linen on the street... There were a lot of flies and cobwebs, but here - the street, a lot of green weaving plants - was expected. But I hoped that this would make up for the taste of the food. But here I was disappointed.... To describe that the pizza was oaky, as if from a frozen preparation, the lettuce leaves were bitter, there was almost no Caesar dressing ( visible in the photo) etc. I don't really want to. I just think that for 350-400 UAH. (900-1000 rubles) the food could have been better. Well, the taste of food is subjective ( I didn’t like that...the wings alone were delicious), it also became worse in the evening after this early dinner... I saw that the girls were trying... so it’s even somehow not convenient to write this... On the receipt is what’s in the photo, ( beer, juice, salad, bbq pizza, wings), I don’t know what the stomach reaction was.

The village of Lazurnoe (Crimea) is located not far from Alushta (5 km) and, in fact, is a suburb. Tourists have long chosen this place because the climate here is more like the Mediterranean, which means that you can swim as early as June.

Season

The holiday season in Lazurnoe is longer than in the rest of Crimea, and lasts until the end of September, and sometimes until mid-October.

How to get there

There are several ways to get to the village: by private car and by bus.

Actually, there is nothing special to say about the first option; you just need to enter the direction “Crimea, Alushta, Lazurnoe” into the navigation system - and the system itself will build the route. You can also use a traditional card - this does not cause any difficulties.

The second option - a bus - is preferable for all those who do not have personal transport.

So, to get by bus to the village of Lazurnoe, you need to come to the capital of Crimea (Simferopol) and get to any of the bus stations. There you need to purchase a ticket to Alushta. Yes, unfortunately, there are no direct flights, since the village is not very large and the infrastructure there is poorly developed.

Upon arrival in Alushta, you can go to the center, to Baglikova Street, or to the Breeze store, which is not so far from the bus station (on Gorky Street). You need to do this in order to take the only minibus No. 12, which goes to Lazurnoye. It is recommended to get off at the “Karyernaya” stop or immediately at the next one after it.

Of course, it’s not entirely convenient to get to your vacation spot with transfers, but what can you do if there are no other options. Crimea, including Lazurnoe, is gaining more and more popularity every year, so perhaps the situation will change soon.

Choice of housing and prices

One of the most important points when planning any vacation is housing and the price of accommodation. Immediately good news: holidays in Crimea in Lazurny are one of the most affordable on the South Coast. As an example, prices for a holiday for two adults for 10 nights will be considered.

Perhaps the most profitable and affordable option is guest houses. The prices there are simply ridiculous. They are usually located near the sea, but there are some inconveniences (not a hotel after all) that can be forgiven.

Here, for example, is the guest house "Lazurnoye". A double room with two separate beds for 10 days can be booked for a ridiculous 5,000 rubles! Amenities in the room include:

  • fan;
  • TV with satellite and cable channels;
  • free wifi.

It is logical that, besides you, there will be other vacationers in the guest room, so you will have to share a toilet, bathroom, kitchen, outdoor dining area and barbecue with them.

There is, of course, a family room for 4 people, which has air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. But for such luxury you will have to pay another 5,000 rubles. But it's still pretty acceptable.

By the way, free parking is provided for vacationers with personal transport.

Mini-hotel "Prada" is another very interesting option. The hotel is located a little away from Lazurnoye, about 1 km, even less. What attracts here is the price and amenities. For 14,600 rub. Here you can book a triple room with 1 large double bed. In this case, vacationers will have a separate bathroom, with a toilet, shower and sink.

The room also has:

  • free wi-fi;
  • TV;
  • separate entrance;
  • fridge;
  • Electric kettle;
  • outdoor dining area;
  • iron;
  • safe;
  • toiletries;
  • furniture and much more.

A very worthy option for relatively little money.

There are a lot of options for accommodation. There are hotels, inns, and villas - in general, for every taste, as they say.

Beaches

As for the beaches in Crimea, including Lazurny, everything is ambiguous. In some places everything is very good, clean, sandy, but specifically in this case everything is different. Back in Soviet times, they began to build a huge boarding house here, but they didn’t have time to finish it. But part of the adjacent beach was nevertheless put in order by pouring pebbles, albeit not everywhere, and building breakwaters along the shore.

It is not possible to get to the developed area for free, because the territory is under protection, but for a small fee everything becomes possible.

Otherwise, the beaches in Cote d'Azur are wild and undeveloped, with many stones and fallen rocks.

Features of the holiday

At first glance, it may seem that the village is boring and uninteresting. There is some truth in this, but for those who do not like noisy places with a huge number of tourists, this is heaven on earth.

No one bothers you to sunbathe, there is no crowd of screaming children, no one flashes before your eyes every 3 seconds. Great. Plus clean air and very beautiful nature. However, the latter can be applied to the entire peninsula.

In addition to swimming, admiring the beauty and sunbathing, you can visit local attractions (more on this below), even if there are not many of them.

Attractions

One of the most popular places is the Valley of Ghosts. Here you can admire to your heart’s content the figures made from boulders and rocks that nature itself created. Local residents, by the way, do not recommend visiting this place after sunset.

There is also the amazingly beautiful Mount Demerdzhi and the Chatyr-Dag mountain range with its caves. The view from these places is simply unique.

In addition, you can visit a variety of excursions that are offered in the nearest cities - Alushta and Yalta, since the distance to them is not so great (5 and 25 km, respectively).

The resort village of Lazurnoe is located in the south of the Crimean Peninsula at a distance of 54 kilometers from Simferopol and 8 kilometers west of Alushta. In the village of Lazurnoe for holidays in Crimea there is good infrastructure and hotels of various classes that will satisfy almost any budget. Prices in the village are more affordable than in neighboring Alushta or Yalta, so the resort is a good alternative. At the same time, in the vicinity of the village there are several Crimean attractions. This is Mount Kostel and the mountain lake of the same name, located at an altitude of 520 meters. Also not far from the mountain are the ruins of an ancient Greek castle, destroyed by the Genoese.

Beaches of Lazurny (Alushta)

Beach near the unfinished sanatorium

This beach is located in the western part of the village. The huge sanatorium for which the beach was intended was not completed back in Soviet times, but the beach was equipped first and is now available to everyone who vacations in the village. The beach stretches for a distance of about 800 meters and is separated by breakwaters. The width of the beach is 5-20 meters and consists of medium-sized pebbles. All the necessary infrastructure is available and working. Here, tourists on vacation in Lazurny near the sea are presented with a full range of water activities.

Nudist beach

This beach is located west of the previous beach. Its structure is exactly the same, but the infrastructure is completely absent.

Central Beach

This beach is located in the central and eastern part of the village. In the eastern part, there are luxury residential complexes on the shore, so if you rent an apartment there on vacation in Lazurny in Crimea, then going to the beach will be convenient. The structure of the beach is medium-sized pebbles, there are breakwaters in the central and eastern sides, and an embankment only in the eastern part. The beach infrastructure is good, water attractions are presented in full range.

The village has a large wine and cognac factory “Magliv”, which is located on Glazritsky Street. Excursions and tastings are organized at the plant.

Near the village, about a twenty-minute walk, there is Mount Kostel. At the top of this mountain there is a mountain lake, which is a favorite place to visit for tourists on vacation in Crimea in Lazurny (Alushta).

Also on the mountainside is a ruined ancient Greek castle, which was destroyed by the Genoese during the conquest of the peninsula from the Greeks.

The Alushta resort is located from Lazurny just 8 kilometers to the east and therefore all the attractions and entertainment of this famous resort are in close proximity.

Crimea, Alushta-Lazurnoye: cafe

In the village of Lazurnoe, for a holiday in Crimea by the sea, there is the necessary minimum of public catering facilities, and the cost of a set lunch in an ordinary canteen will be 150-200 rubles. To have dinner in one of the cafes in the village, you will need to pay about 500 rubles.

Being in close proximity to Alushta, the popularity of Lazurny (Alushta) is increasing every year. Not only are new hotels and mini-hotels appearing here, but also villas are being built, especially in the eastern part of the village. On vacation in Cote d'Azur on the seashore, you can stay either in a budget private sector or in a fashionable villa, it all depends on your budget and capabilities.

The southern lands of Crimea are considered the most attractive resort area of the legendary peninsula. However, even in these territories there are places far from the seasonal tourist bustle. The village of Lazurnoe is located a few kilometers from the famous Alushta (formally part of the republican metropolis), but is in no hurry to compete with its famous neighbor. The surrounding area of the popular health resort does not tend to fill the beaches with a huge number of vacationers. This situation does not reflect the magnificence of these open spaces. The wonderful climate (with a claim to eternal summer) and the presence of natural masterpieces may someday turn this wonderful nook into the abode of the world elite. However, now the beautiful village, which occupies a small part of the Black Sea coast, is accessible to everyone. Don't miss the moment!

How to get to Lazurny?

Considering the relative proximity of the village to the main transit zone of the region (the city of Simferopol), we can safely say that the trip will not cause problems. Transport enters these places on a regular basis.

  • The easiest route starts from Simferopol. When leaving the airport of the Crimean capital, you need to use public transport.
  • If you are not afraid of taxi costs, we recommend using the help of an official carrier.
  • The Crimean Bridge will allow access to the territories of the republic by personal car and public transport. The road connection with the village of Lazurnoye is not satisfactory.

The scent of warmth

Once founded as a village attached to a winery, today Lazurnoye is more like a balneological resort. Clean mountain air (the village is located near the famous Kastel massif), the smell of a sea reservoir, as well as an abundance of sunny days - all this contributes to better rest and health for tourists.

  • Despite the presence of Mount Kastel in these areas, the coolness is drowned in currents of warm air.
  • The tourist rush in the village of Lazurnoe can sometimes come earlier than usual (usually the mentioned processes begin in April-May).
  • Summer in Lazurny resembles a similar period in any other part of subtropical latitudes - minimum precipitation, air temperature around +30.
  • For many, September is the ideal holiday period. In Lazurny, the beginning of autumn is far from the end of the season.

Cote d'Azur of Crimea

Some believe that the name of the village was born because of the blue sky typical of these regions. Although, for others it is obvious that the reason for creating a beautiful sign should be sought in the appearance of the Black Sea reservoir. In principle, both versions are quite close to the truth.

  • This part of the Black Sea water area in its purity really lives up to the title
  • The beaches here are open to the sun's rays. The coast of the village of Lazurnoye is considered to be an ideal place for an even tan.
  • The beach here is spacious. The territories are impressive - a wide strip of light sand stretches several kilometers in length.

Housing in Lazurny

In the village of Lazurnoe there is an obvious claim to elitism. It's not the inflated price tag for renting temporary housing, but the general atmosphere. Constructions of any type look like an improved copy of foreign numbers. Adding to the above mentioned aspect the high quality of service, the hotels located in this seaside village have become a recognized brand.

  • Guest houses tend to design either Norwegian or Italian apartments, but the price tag here is indicated in Russian currency - approximately 1,200 rubles per day.
  • Mini-hotels also take the best from their European counterparts. The price tag is approximately the same as that of the complexes described above.
  • Private offers appear here regularly. In this segment you can find housing costing around 1000 rubles per night.
