Oddly enough, prices in high and low seasons are practically the same and amount to about $400-450 (except for the Christmas holidays). This is due, first of all, to the fact that from July to November there are much fewer charter flights, there is no competition, so prices remain stable.

How to get to Phuket, Pattaya and Koh Samui

Phuket– the most desirable holiday destination. The island is located 863 km from Bangkok in the Andaman Sea. Many tourists from Russia get to this island by air, namely through the city’s international air terminal, which receives flights not only from the Russian Federation, but also from Australia, Asia and European countries. During the high season, our compatriots prefer to get there by direct charter flights, although there are also more economical options, for example, with one transfer in Zurich, Beijing, Seoul or Abu Dhabi. Over several years of annually searching for inexpensive tickets for the New Year, I discovered an interesting pattern. You can buy tickets to Thailand at the best price with departure on December 20-23 and return on January 1-3 (the cheapest option would be to return on December 31, but this option is unlikely to suit anyone).

Save even more if you can fly out as early as possible and return as late as possible. Holiday surcharges on air tickets appear for departures after December 20. Tickets become cheaper after January 10th. So fly to Thailand ten days before the New Year and relax there more.
